We are Portable Innovations PTY LTD (ABN 87 656 165 847), trading as Clesana AU. In this policy, we refer to ourselves as "we", "us", "our" or "Clesana AU", and we refer to you as "you" or "your".

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

1. Subscriptions

1.1 How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of products. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at the time of purchase.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance for the entire subscription period.

1.2 Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before the renewal date.

1.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Checking your order confirmation email, which contains links to manage your order; or

  2. Logging into your account on our website and accessing your subscription details; or

  3. Contacting us at info@clesana.au

1.4 Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery

  • If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for future deliveries

  • If you cancel after being charged for a delivery that has already been dispatched, you may return the products in accordance with our Returns Policy

1.5 Subscription Changes

You can modify your subscription at any time, including:

  • Changing the delivery frequency

  • Changing the delivery address

  • Pausing your subscription temporarily

  • Updating your payment method

Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming delivery.

2. Pre-Orders

2.1 What is a Pre-Order?

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory.

2.2 Payment for Pre-Orders

At the time you place a pre-order, we may:

  • Collect no payment and store your payment method for future charging; or

  • Collect a partial deposit and store your payment method for the remaining balance

When the product becomes available and your order is ready to be fulfilled, we will charge the full amount or the remaining balance to your stored payment method.

2.3 Pre-Order Notifications

We will notify you by email when:

  • Your pre-order is confirmed

  • Your product is ready to be dispatched

  • Your payment method is about to be charged for the full or remaining amount

2.4 Cancelling Pre-Orders

Before Fulfilment:

  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled

  • If you paid a deposit, we will refund the full deposit amount to your original payment method

  • To cancel your pre-order, contact us at info@clesana.au with your order number

After Fulfilment:

  • Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you cannot cancel the order

  • However, you can request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy

2.5 Pre-Order Availability Changes

If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or is significantly delayed, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible

  • Offer you the option to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of any payment made

  • Provide you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe, if available

3. General Terms

3.1 Payment Method Requirements

For purchases, subscriptions and pre-orders, you must provide a valid payment method that we can charge at a future date. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds

  • Updating your payment details if they change

  • Any failed payment fees charged by your financial institution

3.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails for any reason:

  • We will attempt to notify you by email

  • We may attempt to process the payment again

  • For subscriptions, we may pause or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be processed

  • For pre-orders, we may cancel your order if we cannot process payment when the item becomes available

3.3 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of these purchase options after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

3.4 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
